I was hired by the NHU as a shooting location director to bring the human story to this blue chip natural history single documentary. The film followed a group of scientists and specialist camera crew on an expedition looking for B1 killer whales in Antarctica, known for their famous “wave washing” hunting technique, that went viral after featuring in an episode of Frozen Planet.
